Lost

Have you ever been so utterly lost in your thoughts that you realised that the bus you were staring at as it went right past you, was the one you were supposed to get onto?

It's amazing, huh? I remember once I sat at a bus stop for so long that I forgot why I was there! :O

One of my greatest fears in life, actually! Forces this snapping-up-of-head impulse at bus stops and near-anxiety attacks whenever I read at one. Conclusion: get someone to drive you around instead. Or drive around by yourself! You can do it, Sayesha!

wow. some heavy duty thinkers here. What i'm more interested in, is WHAT u were thinking about - hope it wasn't anything worrying.

what is worse than that is falling asleep inside a bus, crossing ure stop, ending up at the terminus and then falling asleep on your way back as well! and finally giving up and just getting a cab and this did happen to someone i know :)

Whoa, one of my shortest posts ever seems to have struck a chord! :)

Starbreez, I would forgive myself if I were reading, but not when I am staring right AT the bus as it passes by!

Anynomous, the strangest thing is that I had no idea what I was thinking about!

And yesterday I took the wrong bus, realised and got off, got into the right bus, alighted at the wrong stop and then gave up and took a cab! To a place I go every single week!! Geez!
