Too old shouldn't be a reason at all for someone to quit. There are always roles that can be done that suit one's age. This rule is however, conveniently violated in the south when actors romance girls young enough to be their grand daughters.
Anyways, my answer and i believe it should be the overwhelming majority would be a "star kid".
There are a lot of qualifiers i.e. Fardeen, Ritesh, Esha, Bhagnani kid but the worst of the lost if that uggo no talent clown - Tushar Kapoor. I DETEST HIM!

I feel jaya bhaduri should quit showbiz (or has she already?!) She is a great actress no doubt, but i feel she always looks very awkward in the roles she portrays.

Amitabh! For more than a decade, his roles have existed only to massage his ego. Running around with hot girls in KANK and so on. Even Cheeni Kum, his best role in this era, has him doing chausath saal ke jawan type stuff.
Tushar Kapoor - for being unable to move beyond playing an irritating overeager schoolboy in all his movies.

among the actresses .. the ones that come from top of my head are .. celina jaitely, riya sen, nisha kothari, jiya khan, tanushree dutta etc but my prize goes to priyanka chopra. i think she is the worst among the over hyped ones. no good voice, no acting talent, too thin. sometimes i wonder what happened to the taste of indian janta after such great actresses in the past like nargis, madhubala and the likes.
