Point of return

The Bhai is back.

A thousand apologies to the bewdas for suddenly disappearing on them, and a thousand thanks to the bewdas who wrote in to check on me. No, the Bhai wasn't arrested or anything. (Well, come to think of it, she kind of was, but we will talk about that another day.)

For now, I am back in the bar and it's business as usual.

Business as usual.
Business as usual, see?

Which is how Aish would have said mausi when she had fever, provided the fever was accompanied by blocked nose.

Hope she gets well soon, if not already up and kicking! :)

really, hardly any time! i don't sit and think before commenting.

i am not a big fan of corporate jargon. so i often play them in my head mockingly(like a screensaver when idle, not deliberately like clicking the program icon). So 'business as usual' has always been a 'bau' in my head. 'Bau' was the term people used on me when i was a kid. "...nahin to bau aa jayega!" "Bau", like "Bogeyman" or "Gabbar".

and in the previous post (next actually). I was automatically playing a feeble voice saying 'mausi'. sounded close to bausi. So as soon as i read this post after that, well...different realities converged and history happened :P
