Barenaked lady

So 'Satyam Shivam Sundaram' was playing on TV today, and since I had not watched it, I decided to watch it and find out what the big deal about this movie was.

Ahem.

My jaw is still on the floor.

Question for Raj Kapoor:

It was 1978! How the heck did you get away with it??

This is a long article but you have to read it to understand how he got away with it ;)

After reading the analysis, I realized that I should start seeing symbolism in Govinda movies too.

Bhai he wasn't called the showman for no reason.

my take is a little different. ppl those days were more accepting and less easily "humiliated" by what someone does. If they did not like it, they stayed away. Thats all.

#Amit,
Yeah I've seen MNJ, but this was way up there in comparison!

#Daroga,
Correct! :D

#Santa Fanta,
Dekh le! :D

#Sanchit,
Simi had one scene like that (and I think it was a body double), but this one... whoa!

#Sakshi,
Hahahahaha! Kahan mila tujhe yeh article??

//After reading the analysis, I realized that I should start seeing symbolism in Govinda movies too.

I'm with you on this! Let's start a joint blog on that subject! :P

#Tarun,
Haan yaar... lekin itna 'show'?? :O

#How do we know,
I am still amazed that the censor board in those days let it through! :O

#Charan Deep Singh,
Hmmm... I always thought people are more tolerant of risque scenes now and even the censor board passes what they wouldn't have... remember the furore over Raja Hindustani? Then you compare it with this! Whoa.

#Inder,
Hehehehe! True! :D

#Charan,
Tujhe man ka show dekhna hai? Hahahaha! :D

#Stone,
Youtube se kuchh nahin hoga, get the whole movie!

#Adi,
Yes, but Bobby was like 1% of this!!! :O
